Recipe Fried Crispy soft Cakwe
Materials:
• 250 grams of wheat flour
• 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 200 ml water


Ingredients Sauce:
• 1 large local garlic
• 2 tbsp tomato sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1/2 tbsp instant sauce bottle
• 175 ml of boiled water
• Cooking oil to taste


How to Make Crispy Fried Soft cakwe:
1. Enter the baking soda, salt, and baking powder in a container. Stir until ingredients are well blended.
2. Then enter the flour and stir until blended.
3. Then add water and stir until the dough is smooth.
4. Let stand for 15 minutes.
5. Stir again from the edge to the middle of the dough until well blended.
6. Then let stand again for 20 minutes.
