Vegetables ve eggplant recipe



Eggplant this one is different from the others because of their use of eggplant vegetables which you can also substitute with bamboo shoots or another. Typical Indonesian food fry milk is indeed very tasty and delicious when eaten as a main dish in your family. How to make vegetable lodeh was not difficult, requires less basic cooking skills and requires basic ingredients that can be easily searched in the traditional market nearby.


Lodeh Vegetable Ingredients:

  • Assorted vegetables: eggplant, green beans, bamboo shoots, etc.
  • 150 g tempeh, cut into pieces.
  • 100 gr shrimp, peeled, halved.
  • 1 piece of ginger, crushed.
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, mernarkan.
  • 3 lime leaves.
  • 600 cc and 100 cc liquid coconut milk coconut milk from 1 coconut.


Seasoning Lodeh (Blend)

  • 3 red chilies.
  • 1 cm paste.
  • 2 cm turmeric.
  • 5 pieces of red onion.
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1/2 tsp sugar.
  • 1 tsp coriander.
  • 4 grains hazelnut, roasted.

How to make:

Cut or petiki vegetables, wash thoroughly.
Cook vegetables, shrimp and tempeh with liquid coconut milk until half cooked.
Enter a spice that has been mashed, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal.
Pour the coconut milk, if it is ripe vegetables, simmer, stirring, stirring briefly. then lifts up.
